Shipping Information
- We offer standard shipping FREE for your whole order.
- Most US based orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 24-48 hours for your convenience and maximum efficiency.
- Your product will arrive within 5 to 10 Business days!
- All International (Non-US) orders incur a $25 shipping charge which is shipped via standard US Mail and may take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
- We offer 2 to 5 Expedited Shipping for the USA for $13 per order.
Return Policy
- Sign up for our free membership to the Zoozie LA Family Club and received our "FEEL MORE BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL OR YOUR MONEY BACK!" Satisfaction Guarantee where we offer free returns. If your new outfit doesn't make you feel great, we don't feel great about it. Return your order within 30 days with our free prepaid return label for store credit and we will refund your order hassle-free.

- Free returns and exchanges are eligible for store credit only for Zoozie LA Family Club members.
- For refunds to original payment, $7.95 restocking fee will be applied.
- Here's the fine print. All original tags must be attached. Must be in resellable condition. We do not accept worn, damaged, stained, or items without original packaging and tags for return. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry, swimwear, lingerie, intimates are non-refundable.
